Pricing information of Open English (2018-19)

The Open English textbook series is now on Education Bureau’s recommended textbook list. Open English is a kind of open educational resources, so unlike common school textbooks, you cannot buy Open English in a book store.

Teachers from Hong Kong local schools can download the textbooks for free. With the PDF files of Open English, schools are free to print the books or arrange printed copies for students through any printing service providers.

In order to help schools to obtain printed copies at an even lower price, the Open Textbooks for Hong Kong Project has identified an on-demand printing company, Promise Network Printing Limited, which sells printed copies to individuals through its online website http://www.printnshare.com.hk/index.html
