Supplier's fears of competitive bidding

This is one of the key issues affecting supplierís adoption. One of the key benefits for using an electronic B2B system is to get the best price for the buyer. This is sometimes achieved to the disadvantage of the supplier (i.e., the supplier with the lowest bid wins). The effect of this issue can be softened when the buyer only invites qualified suppliers and includes criteria other than the price as part of bid evaluation.
