Create an identity in Second Life just, at a minimum, to observe and experiment with the interaction capabilities provided in a virtual world. (You should not be concerned about doing this since inactive accounts are regularly deleted.) New accounts in Second Life are directed to 'orientation islands' where basic interface operations are discussed.

Based on your observations, which Second Life interface capabilities still draw from the GUI/WIMP model, and which are genuinely innovative?
