These tools contain three kinds of tools: Administration Tools, Course Delivery Tools, and Content Development Tools, and all of these tools have features and capabilities.

As we can see in Table 10.3, this comparison between the VLE products is based on Support Tools. In this phase, all products have all features and capabilities except Scholar360,
