The corporate sales office of an international hotel company has 20 salespeople who cover the domestic United States. Sales responsibilities are divided geographically and, in most cases, cover several states. Within the assigned geographic territory, each salesperson is responsible for selling all of the hotel products: midweek, weekend, meeting room, and convention space.
