Yes, Chameleon is very cool - provides Moodle with Slideshare which is something many of our clients want. Wrt “passionate learner + F/OER + community = Accreditation 3.0 ’’ I very much agree but also see a place for some form of recognisable framework for it. I have a project soon to start on this that you and Patrick amd others might be interested in. There's a snippet at https://eduforge.org/projects/osll/ - more to come, entirely virtual so global by nature.
