  • loyalty: showing commitment to the goals of the company

  • involvement: encouraging the input of others
  • valuing: willingness to exchange ideas and ideals with others
  • awareness: sensitivity to the needs of others
  • communication: giving clear oral and written information
  • openness: willingness to explore new ideas, opinions, and options
  • honesty: avoidance of deceit
