To what extent do you exhibit these types of behavior in your dealings with your employees? Give an example of each. Score as follows:

C: The behavior is exhibited consistently or most of the time.

F: The behavior is exhibited frequently (much of the time).

I: The behavior is exhibited infrequently (sometimes).

S: The behavior is seldom exhibited (very little).
